Mystic Harmonies

Wellness studio and bookings management

This project highlights my website redesign and brand work for client, Mystic Harmonies, a sound meditation studio based in Los Angeles. Client contracted me to rebrand their site to reflect a more high-end brand that would embody how they run their sessions. This was asked to be done before two pitch meetings with a luxury hotel and art gallery.

RE-BRANDING

From uninformative to narrative to a fluid and narrative representation of what the studio has to offer.

Defining Product Vision

Primary Problem:

The website was static, difficult to understand, and hard to navigate to the bookings section. After conducting primary user research, insights revealed that the offerings were not very clear, the lack. of clear narrative and brand messaging turned people away, and that  users valued a comprehensive description of the “sound facilitator” and their credentials.

KPIs + Potential Impact:

The primary goal of this was to improve user satisfaction and clarity on what Mystic Harmonies has to offer in order to successfully partner with luxury venues. The secondary goal was to increase site traffic and organic conversions to bookings.

  • Partner satisfaction based on qualitative feedback

  • Site traffic (# of customers that come to the site page)

Value Proposition

What:

Web-based site that has integrated bookings system.

Who:

Target users are 1) the potential venue partners; and 2) wellness folks in Los Angeles who are looking to find a high-end sound meditation specialist to host private or group sessions
